**ఎండ్ డేట్ (రిజిస్ట్రేషన్)** – 14 ఫిబ్రవరి 2026
**ఫారమ్ సబ్మిషన్ డేట్** – 2 ఫిబ్రవరి 2026 నుంచి ప్రారంభమవుతుంది. ప్రస్తుతం మీరు **కేవలం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ మాత్రమే** చేయగలరు. ఫారమ్ను **2 ఫిబ్రవరి నుంచి అప్లై** చేయాలి.
**16 ఫిబ్రవరి వరకు** ఫారమ్ను సబ్మిట్ చేయవచ్చు.

ఇక్కడ మీ **10 అంకెల మొబైల్ నంబర్** మరియు మీ **యాక్టివ్ & వాలిడ్ మెయిల్ ఐడీ** ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. ఆ తర్వాత **Next Step** పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. మొబైల్ నంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేసిన వెంటనే **Send OTP** ఆప్షన్ వస్తుంది. దానిపై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.
మీ మొబైల్ నంబర్కు ఒక **OTP** వస్తుంది. ఆ OTP ని ఇక్కడ టైప్ చేసి **Verify** చేయాలి. మొబైల్ నంబర్ వెరిఫై అయిన తర్వాత, కింద మీ **మెయిల్ ఐడీ** ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. దానికి కూడా OTP పంపాలి. మీకు వచ్చిన OTP ని టైప్ చేసి వెరిఫై చేయాలి.అంటే, మీ **మొబైల్ నంబర్** మరియు **మెయిల్ ఐడీ** రెండూ OTP ద్వారా వెరిఫై కావాలి. OTP వెంటనే రాకపోతే కొద్దిసేపు వేచి ఉండండి. OTP వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఎంటర్ చేసి **Next Step** కి వెళ్లవచ్చు.
దీని తర్వాత మీకు **Details Option** వస్తుంది.ముందుగా **Applicant Name** ఇవ్వాలి. మీ పూర్తి పేరు **10వ తరగతి సర్టిఫికేట్ (Secondary School Certificate)** ప్రకారం ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
తర్వాత **Date of Birth** ఇవ్వాలి. క్యాలెండర్లో మీ పుట్టిన తేదీ (తేదీ, నెల, సంవత్సరం) సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి.
తర్వాత మీ **Gender** సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి.ఆ తర్వాత **Father Name** మరియు **Mother Name** ఇవ్వాలి. ఇవి కూడా 10వ తరగతి సర్టిఫికేట్ ప్రకారమే ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

**Age Limit** – 18 నుంచి 40 సంవత్సరాలు (లాస్ట్ డేట్ ఆధారంగా లెక్కిస్తారు).

Friends, a **new GDS portal** has been launched. On this portal, you will find the **detailed notification** as well as the **registration instructions**.
The **start date** is **31 January 2026** and the **end date for registration** is **14 February 2026**.
The **form submission date** will start from **2 February 2026**. Right now, you can **only complete the registration**. The actual application form can be applied from **2 February 2026**. You can submit the form up to **16 February 2026**.
If there is any mistake, you will be able to **make corrections from 18 to 19 February 2026**.
Before applying, please check all the details once on the **official website** or on **jबरा.com**, the link of which is given in the video description. If you are **eligible** and want to apply for the **India Post Office GDS online form**, you can apply online. This is the **official notification**, so it is important to read it carefully.

Friends, this is the **online registration portal**. When you visit this portal, you will see the option **“Click Here to Register / Apply”**. Along with this, **guidelines** are also provided.
First, there are **registration instructions**. Friends, you must complete the **registration first**, which is a type of **OTR (One Time Registration)**. For this, you need to register using a **unique mobile number** and a **valid email ID**.
Once your registration is complete, you will need to **fill in your 10th class details**, and then complete the registration process. The **registration number** will be sent to your **mobile number** as well as your **email ID**.
Now let us see **how to register**.
First, click on **“Click Here to Register / Apply”**. After clicking, an interface like this will open. There will be an option called **New Candidate Registration**. Click on this option.
Here, you need to enter your **10-digit mobile number** and your **active and valid email ID**, and then click on **Next Step**. As soon as you enter your mobile number, you will get the option to **Send OTP**. Click on it.
An **OTP** will be sent to your mobile number. Enter that OTP here and **verify** it. After verifying the mobile number, enter your **email ID** below and send OTP to it as well. Enter the OTP received on your email ID and verify it.
So, it is mandatory to verify **both your mobile number and email ID** using OTP. If the OTP does not arrive immediately, please wait for some time. Once you receive the OTP, enter it and proceed to the **Next Step**.
After this, you will see the **Details Option**.
First, you need to enter the **Applicant Name**. Enter your full name as per your **Secondary School Certificate (10th certificate)**.
Next is **Date of Birth**. Select your date of birth from the calendar by choosing the **date, month, and year**.
Then select your **Gender**.
After that, enter your **Father’s Name** and **Mother’s Name** as per your 10th certificate.
Next comes the **Community** option – **General / OBC / SC / ST**. Select your respective community. These are basic details, so make sure to enter them correctly. After filling all the details, click on the **Complete** option.
After this, friends, your **registration will be successful**, and your **registration number** will be generated. When the **login or apply section** becomes available, you will be able to log in and apply using this registration number. The registration number will also be sent to your email ID and via SMS, so you can note it down and use it later.
Friends, now let us talk about the **vacancies**.
You can check vacancies **circle-wise**. First, select the **Circle**, then select the **Division**. After that, you will be able to see how many vacancies are available for each post and each office. You can also check how many vacancies are available for **General, OBC**, and other categories.
All this information is available on the **official website**. Please remember that the **form application start date is 2 February 2026**. Currently, only the **registration portal is open from 31 January 2026**. Once the application submission starts, we will also explain how to log in and apply.
Now let us talk about **further information**.
Registration must be done only through this **new portal**. I have already told you the important dates. If you are applying, you should have all the required documents such as **caste certificate**, etc.
The **job profile** details of these posts are mentioned in the notification. The **salary details** are also provided there.
The **age limit** is **18 to 40 years**, and it is calculated as on the **last date**.
Regarding **qualification**, friends, you must be a **10th class pass**. If you have passed 10th class, you can apply. You must have **Mathematics and English** as subjects, and you must have studied the **local language** as a subject. Only then will you be eligible to apply. The list of subjects and languages is given in the notification.
The **formats of certificates** are provided in the **Annexures**, so you can check them there.
You also need to pay the **application fee** online. The application process is explained step by step.
Regarding **selection**, there will be **no exam** this time as well. Selection will be based **only on merit**, which is prepared on the basis of your **10th class marks**. If an exam was conducted, it would have been better, but currently, selection is purely **merit-based**.
There is **no change in the application fee**.
For **General / OBC / EWS candidates**, the fee is **₹100**.
For **SC / ST / PH / Transgender women candidates**, there is **no fee**.
The fee must be paid **online**.
